Your kids look just like you two! I'm glad to see you all are well and enjoying life in Washington. It's been so long since I've seen you, and I miss all the good times we had in Inchelium and thereabouts.

Aww...What adorable pictures! And your garden looks great. I'm trying not to be envious. Maybe next year...we were just gone too much this summer (2 1/2 months). But I do have basil and rosemary in my garden--my delight!

News:

4/23/2008 We've settled on a full name!

Genesis Christine Evert.

Genesis: "An origin, creation, or beginning"
Christine: "Follower of Christ"

Together these names represent our heart desire for our new little one: that her birth is the creation--the beginning--of a new follower of Christ. And that in life she will daily put on "Genesis Christine"--"the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness." Ephesians 4:24.

4/19/2008 Our baby girl has a name--first and last anyway: Genesis Evert. :-) Middle name is still up for grabs, although there are 1 or 2 we like already.

4/18/2008 Our new baby is here! We now have a healthy baby girl. She was born at 2:44am today, and weighed 8 lbs 2 oz. ;-) We thank God for a safe delivery--and most of all, for entrusting us with another one of His treasures. First day photos have been posted!

4/2008 We've ended our website "sabbatical". :p So more photos now! And more coming soon! Check out the first ones in our 2008 album! Our new baby is coming soon! ... will it be a boy or a girl?!

Tony is really happy: After many enjoyable years of shooting on film cameras, the switch to digital was painful. He has suffered the past few years with the early digital "cameras", trying to wrest decent pictures out of them. Now he finally has a real camera again! A Canon EOS 30D Digital SLR with some excellent lenses (Canon 85mm f/1.8, Canon 24-105 f/4L, Sigma 10-20mm EX f/4-5.6). Looking forward to a new year with many beautiful photos. Yay!

3/2006. New photos for November-January! Everyone is doing great! Kids are growing, and winter is threatening to end one of these months. :-)

11/1/2006. Christian wants to tell you something!: Video 1   Video 2

10/21/2006. Christian is 5 mo now and is really crawling! Here's a video of Christian crawling.

10/19/2006. Hannah is just getting over a bad kidney infection. It took three different oral antibiotics (after it turned out to be a super-bug and was resistant to the first course and wasn't completely killed by the second). Also a trip to the E.R. and an injection of antibiotic. Poor girl ran fevers as high as 105 F for several days! Thank you for your prayers--those who knew! She's getting better now and hope she's through with this thing!

6/8/2006. Christian's three weeks old and it's been more than a week since he rolled over for the first time! (First time was on 5/30 when he was two weeks old). Here's a video of him doing it!
